Dunkin' | High Performance Hospitality is seeking an Assistant District Manager to oversee operations across Southern California's restaurants. You will coach GMs, optimize P&L, staffing, inventory, and guest experience while maintaining brand standards.

This role requires travel between stores, strong leadership, and ability to diagnose performance gaps, train managers, and implement improvement plans. A background in high-volume food service is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of QSR, coffee, bakery, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing or influencing store-level P&L, labor scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash controls, and guest experience metrics.
• Strong floor leadership and the ability to coach in the moment, run shifts when needed, and develop managers.
• Experience hiring, training, counseling, evaluating, and developing restaurant employees and shift leaders.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, brand standards, opening/closing routines, and California operating expectations.
• Willingness to travel between stores within the Southern California district.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support district manager by strengthening store-level execution across assigned restaurants.
• Coach GMs on sales growth, labor scheduling, food cost, waste, inventory levels, cash controls, and controllable expenses.
• Inspect restaurants, review results, identify opportunities, and execute store-specific improvement plans.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including opening/closing, rush readiness, deployment, and brand standards.
• Lead training for crew, shift leaders, assistant managers, and new managers on safety and procedures.
• Support hiring, onboarding, staffing levels, scheduling, employee relations, and performance improvement at the store level.
• Monitor inventory counts, product rotation, ordering, vendor usage, product availability, and waste minimization.
• Address maintenance issues, equipment functionality, and store readiness needs.
• Implement seasonal promotions and local marketing within the trade area.
• Respond to staffing shortages, guest escalations, inspections, or emergencies as directed.
