Family Dollar in the United States is seeking a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area. You will drive profitability, customer service, and a safe, compliant work environment while overseeing merchandising, operations, and expense control programs.

You will coach and mentor store managers to meet and exceed business objectives, source and develop leadership talent, and travel up to 50% to support district operations.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years of multi-store experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills along with the ability to build an effective team.
• Ability to analyze, organize and present information and focus on results.
• Strong business acumen and communication skill are required.
• Human resources and asset protection skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Process management skills.
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office is required.
