Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 5+ years retail experience with at least 2 years of multi-store experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build an effective team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Drive sales, profitability, and expense management to meet company goals.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and expense control programs.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to support and oversee store operations across the district.
• Source, recruit, hire, and develop store managers within the district.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance; conduct audits as needed.
• Manage operational budgets and optimize store performance.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment with teamwork and open communication.
• Champion a customer-first mindset across the district.
