Job summary

Paris Baguette USA Inc. in New York seeks a General Manager to lead cafe operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and energize a high-performing team aligned with Paris Baguette’s mission and values.

You will own all aspects of the cafe, including staffing, scheduling, budgets, P&L oversight, sales initiatives, food safety, and guest satisfaction, while driving revenue growth and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; 2-3 years of general management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and managing P&L.
• Proficiency with POS register systems.
• Strong profit and loss and sales/marketing skills.
• Flexible, adaptive leadership style with a high-performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead cafe operations and floor management, including food, beverage, equipment and property.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews and coaching.
• Monitor weekly P&L statements; drive revenue growth and control expenses.
