Job summary

Agiliti in Irving, Texas is seeking a District Operations Supervisor to lead the district office operations, including customer service and equipment processing, to achieve financial and operating goals.

You will direct staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements to deliver outstanding on-site service for healthcare equipment customers. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting and travel commitments.

Qualifications

• 3 years management experience or work experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Business and financial management expertise to assist with contract management and account margin maintenance.
• Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and budget management experience.
• Travel up to 50-75%.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of a district office, supervising customer service and equipment processing staff to meet objectives.
• Provides supervisory direction to ensure delivery of equipment and services exceeds customer expectations and follows strategic direction and regulations.
• Makes decisions to ensure consistent execution of key systems and processes and efficient use of resources.
• Oversees staffing levels and on-call schedules based on demand.
• Recruits, trains and develops employees; provides ongoing feedback and action steps for improvement.
