Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive property management experience in single family or multi-family rental with Section 8 compliance.
• 3+ years proven management experience leading teams.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate License within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district portfolio operations and communicate ongoing activities.
• Promote strong resident relations and address issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor rent collection and revenue-related goals for the market.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Drive team engagement through onboarding, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with municipal, local, and state requirements including Housing Choice Voucher rules.
