Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Admin to oversee administrative and financial activities across designated branches. The role includes payroll reconciliation, budgeting, reporting, and direct mentoring of staff, with significant travel to branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, business or finance preferred; 10+ years of combined industry experience accepted in lieu.
• 10+ years of environmental and leadership experience preferred.
• Experience preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ability to direct and coach on account plans and prioritize accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, billing and monthly close for assigned branch/area.
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure satisfaction with timely, accurate responses.
• Lead training and implementation of new systems and procedures.
• Lead branches in financial close, ensure revenue/cost accrual and accurate P&L.
• Travel up to 50% to support struggling branches and attend corporate meetings.
