Job summary

Dent Wizard International Corporation is seeking a District Manager to drive revenue growth, lead operations, and manage a team of professionals across multiple functions. This role partners with senior sales and field leadership to deliver results and optimize performance.

The District Manager will recruit and develop talent, ensure customer relationships are strong, and steer initiatives to meet financial targets and operational goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum 3 years in a district route and auction leadership role.
• Profitable management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annually.
• Experience managing other leaders and staffs of 20+.
• Travels overnight approximately 10 - 20%.
• Result-driven, positive, motivating leadership style.
• Active listener with credible, persuasive communication that leads decisively.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Develop revenue growth plans with RVP/RCDD/DSM and expand customer relationships.
• Operations: Lead a team to maximize efficiency of resources, technicians, and capital.
• Personnel: Recruit, hire and retain technician staff; ensure proper skills and plans.
• Administration: Lead processes to meet budgets and drive financial performance.
