You will work with property managers and HR to handle issues while maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with management experience and familiarity with tax or accounting software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with related business experience is required.
• Course of study in management or tax preparation/accounting is preferred.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and accounting or tax preparation software.
• PTIN experience or possession is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting and interviews seasonal staff for assigned area.
• Monitors performance to ensure quality, deadlines and procedures.
• Reviews schedules and timecards; works with HR on issues and training.
• Ensures locations meet standards for setup, buildouts, tech, supplies and upkeep.
• Guides employees in handling difficult problems and escalations.
• Monitors reports and helps meet revenue and productivity goals.
