Job summary

Studient is seeking an RTI Coordinator to scale MTSS across multiple public districts, building district-specific implementation plans and delivering engaging PD that shifts practice. You’ll track adoption and student outcomes with rigor, turn data into actionable next steps, and refine playbooks for faster, repeatable rollouts while partnering with product and ops to incorporate field feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in K-12 education in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), RTI (Response to Intervention), or program coordination.
• Experience analyzing student performance data and turning findings into actionable next steps.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead district implementation rollouts from kickoff through sustained adoption of our MTSS framework.
• Design and execute district implementation plans that drive high adoption of our MTSS framework.
• Tracking implementation fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver engaging professional development that leaves educators confident and excited about using our solution.
• Refining implementation playbooks and operational processes so each rollout becomes faster and more repeatable.
