Studient is seeking a proactive MTSS Coordinator to scale a standardized, high-leverage Level 3 intervention across multiple public districts. You will lead district-wide rollouts, design implementation plans, and drive measurable student outcomes with data-informed decisions.

You will deliver engaging professional development to educators, refine playbooks, and work with product and ops to improve the rollout process for faster, repeatable wins.

Formación

• 2+ years in K-12 MTSS/RTI or program coordination.
• Experience turning student data into action steps.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead district-wide MTSS implementation rollouts across multiple districts.
• Design and execute district implementation plans to drive adoption.
• Monitor fidelity, adoption trends, and student outcomes.
• Deliver engaging PD that improves instructional practice.
• Refine playbooks and processes for faster, repeatable rollouts.
