Job summary

Studient seeks a MTSS Specialist to lead district-wide implementation of our technology-enabled MTSS framework for public districts. You will drive high adoption, deliver impactful PD, and partner with product and operations to scale more efficiently.

Located in the United States with up to 30% travel, you will monitor adoption and student outcomes, turning field feedback into improvements while maintaining timelines and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of K-12 MTSS/RTI experience or program coordination.
• Experience analyzing student performance data to drive next steps.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead district implementation rollouts from kickoff through sustained adoption of MTSS.
• Design district implementation plans to drive high adoption of MTSS.
• Track fidelity, adoption trends, and student outcomes to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging professional development for educators on using the solution.
• Refine playbooks and processes to speed up future rollouts.
