Job summary

Crossover is seeking an RTI Coordinator to scale MTSS across multiple public school districts, not just a single campus. You will design district implementation plans, deliver engaging PD, and stand up ongoing support that improves practice and tracks adoption and student outcomes.

You’ll travel up to 30% for on-site training, partner with product and ops, and refine playbooks so future rollouts are faster and more repeatable. This is a contractor-of-record role with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in K-12 MTSS/RTI or program coordination.
• Experience analyzing student performance data and turning findings into actionable next steps.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity district implementation of our MTSS framework so educators adopt it consistently.
• Design and execute district implementation plans that drive district adoption.
• Track implementation fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance data to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging professional development that leaves educators confident using the solution.
• Refine implementation playbooks and operational processes for faster, repeatable rollouts.
