Studient is seeking an MTSS Specialist to lead district-wide MTSS Level 3 implementations across multiple public districts. You will design district plans, run engaging PD, and enable ongoing support that improves practice and outcomes.

You will collaborate with product and ops, turn field feedback into improvements, and help scale repeatable wins. This is a full-time contractor role with travel required for on-site training.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in K-12 education in MTSS/RTI or program coordination.
• Experience analyzing student performance data and turning findings into actionable next steps.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-fidelity district implementation of MTSS framework across multiple districts.
• Design and execute district implementation plans to drive high adoption of MTSS.
• Track fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance data to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging professional development to educators using our solution.
• Refine implementation playbooks and processes for faster, repeatable rollouts.
