Job summary

Studient is seeking an RTI Coordinator to scale a standardized MTSS/RTI intervention across multiple public school districts. You will design district plans, deliver PD that changes practice, and ensure measurable adoption and student outcomes.

This is a contractor role with Crossover, paying $75/hour and aiming for ~150k annualized earnings while traveling up to 30% for on-site training. You’ll manage multi-district implementations, partner with product and ops, iterate from field feedback, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in K-12 MTSS/RTI or program coordination.
• Experience analyzing student performance data and turning findings into actionable next steps.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead district implementation rollouts from kickoff through sustained adoption of the MTSS framework.
• Design and execute district implementation plans to drive high adoption.
• Track fidelity, adoption trends, and student performance data to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging professional development for educators using the solution.
• Refine implementation playbooks and processes to speed up each rollout.
