Job summary

Lamar Consolidated ISD is seeking an MTSS leader to provide district-wide MTSS leadership, professional development, coaching, and implementation support for secondary campuses to strengthen Tier 1 instruction and improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities include data review, progress monitoring, and PBIS collaboration with the MTSS Coordinator and campus staff to ensure fidelity and ongoing improvement across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Holds a valid Texas teaching certificate.
• 3–5 years classroom or student support experience.
• Experience leading MTSS or related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Model MTSS problem-solving and data-review processes.
• Support campuses using data to identify students needing support.
• Lead implementation of Tier 1–3 practices.
• Coordinate MTSS documentation and progress monitoring.
• Provide professional development for administrators and staff.
• Coach MTSS coordinators and interventionists.
• Analyze data to identify trends in outcomes.
• Collaborate with district leaders to foster continuous improvement.
