Job summary
Lamar Elementary in Mineral Wells, Texas seeks an Instructional MTSS Coach and Leadership Mentor to develop campus leaders and strengthen instructional systems district-wide. The role focuses on MTSS and TIA model development, data-based decisions, and sustaining campus implementation.
The position requires a Master’s in educational leadership, Texas principal and teacher certifications, and 10+ years of administrative experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, or related field.
- Valid Texas principal certification required.
- Valid Texas teacher certification required.
- Bilingual preferred, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with district leaders to identify administrator development needs and set coaching priorities.
- Develop individualized administrator coaching plans with measurable goals and progress evidence.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group coaching for administrators with timely feedback.
- Build leaders’ capacity to lead instruction, develop teachers, and monitor campus improvement.
- Coach administrators in MTSS implementation, data review, and evidence-based decisions.
