Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in North Attleboro, MA seeks a Selling District Manager to lead from the front and drive sales performance across the district.

You will review district results, coach for improvement, and stay connected to metrics while guiding teams to excel in a competitive wireless environment. Developing people and balancing operations are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work full-time (avg 45 hours/week).
• Retail storefront experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to travel 100%, including overnight stays.
• Ideal candidates have multi-unit management experience.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one location in North Attleboro, MA and drive district results.
• Review district sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Coach for improvement and stay connected to outcomes in real time.
• Lead from the front in field sales and customer interactions.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; build succession plans.
• Balance sales leadership with operations: policies, inventory, cash handling, merchandising.
• Plan schedules aligned with peak selling times; collaborate with peers.
