Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Selling District Manager to lead from the front for one location. You will drive sales performance, coach teams in real time, and build strong customer and community relationships.

You’ll review district results, identify opportunities, and develop talent through coaching and succession planning while maintaining operational excellence and community involvement.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
• Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a single district/store location and drive sales performance.
• Review district sales results and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Coach employees in real time and model customer-first selling behaviors.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent while building succession plans.
• Plan schedules to support peak selling times and ensure policy compliance.
