ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program, a 44-week intensive training path to oversee multiple ALDI stores. You will work with store managers to ensure exemplary customer service, drive operations, and accelerate sales growth, with comprehensive training and clear advancement opportunities.

The role covers areas within the Frederick serving: southeastern Pennsylvania & Delaware, and includes full-time employment with a starting salary of $95,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the district's store management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, promote, and staff personnel across district stores.
• Oversee adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Plan and conduct district weekly operations calls and training sessions.
