Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in use of store equipment, tools and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support Store Managers to maximize store sales and merchandising programs.
• Manage controllable costs including salaries, overtime, and maintenance.
• Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, and analyze variances.
• Evaluate vendor performance and develop partnerships.
• Provide leadership and direction to store managers and assist with recruitment and training.
