Job summary

Circle K is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop a team of Store Managers across the district. You will recruit, train, and retain capable Store Managers, while driving store sales through merchandising programs and effective cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to forecast budgets, manage vendors, and maintain a compliant, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of retail management experience; multi-unit experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, self-directed and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes store sales by directing and assisting Store Manager with merchandising programs and promotions.
• Manages controllable costs including salaries, overtime, and cash handling.
• Forecasts requirements, prepares annual budgets, and analyzes variances to initiate corrective actions.
• Ensures vendors meet expectations through evaluation and partnerships.
• Provides leadership and direction to store managers including recruiting, selection and training.
• Maintains safe, compliant, and non-discriminatory work environment; enforces safety practices.
