Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead daily operations, drive profitability and execute monthly promotions. You will coach store managers, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and new products.

You will also supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and develop teams through training and development programs. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers and use store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Recaps promotional activity for store management and reports opportunities, results, trends and competition.
• Manages controllable costs by educating managers on procedures for merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash, and maintenance costs.
• Collaborates with Marketing to ensure promotions and new product introductions are implemented.
• Provides feedback to category managers regarding stock issues and ensures product availability with vendors.
• Leads timely execution of monthly promotions and ensures store profitability by managing expenses and assets.
• Enforces policies, government regulations, safety practices and training; monitors restricted sales policies.
• Provides leadership and direction to store managers, assists with recruiting, selection, orientation, development and training.
