Job summary

Circle K in the greater Seminole, Lake, and Marion County areas is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Florida. You will supervise store managers, drive promotions, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required; travel across counties may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• A current valid driver's license is required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recaps promotional activity for store management and reports opportunities, results, trends and competitive information.
• Educates managers on controlling costs and managing salaries, overtime, cash, and maintenance costs.
• Collaborates with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
• Provides feedback to category managers regarding stock issues; ensures product availability.
• Forecasts requirements and assists in budgeting; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
• Leads store managers in recruiting, selection, orientation, training and development.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations; enforces restricted sales policies.
• Maintains safe and secure working environment; provides safety communication and training.
• Trains and coaches teams; monitors performance and conducts counseling when needed.
• Supports teamwork and adheres to company policy and procedures.
