Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals to join its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store managers toward exceptional customer service and strong team performance.

This role covers the Faribault Division serving Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and Western Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to facilitate group meetings.
• Develops positive relationships with internal and external parties.
• Ability to interpret operating policies and procedures.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and high performance.
• Coach store managers to maintain a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Recruit, select and assign staff across district locations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and standards.
