Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals to join the District Manager Trainee program. Over 44 weeks you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager, working with store managers to ensure customer service and drive sales growth.

This full-time role covers the Baldwin Division serving Savannah, GA. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and increases to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000 over four years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Knowledge of ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and high performance.
• Recruit, select, and staff locations within the district.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development across stores in the district.
• Monitor KPI results and execute plans to meet district goals and budgets.
• Conduct district meetings and training sessions as required.
