Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for our District Manager Trainee program spanning 44 weeks. You will gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple ALDI stores, working with store managers to ensure excellent customer service, drive operations, and accelerate sales growth across the Baldwin Division serving Brunswick, GA.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; salary progression to $110k, $120k, and $130k in subsequent years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Experience developing store management teams and driving results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret operating policies and manage staffing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the store manager team to increase sales and performance.
• Oversees staffing and recruiting within the district to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains direct reports using company materials to maximize potential.
• Collaborates with store managers to meet customer service and safety standards.
• Plans district weekly operations calls and training sessions.
