• Achieve planned sales results for territory including customer and SMRR growth and same-store performance
• Provide leadership, monitoring, and training to ensure stores follow procedures and collections practices
• Achieve planned gross profit for territory
• Develop and maintain a retailer network that yields profitable lease-purchase production
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes to enhance retailer service quality
• Drive incremental retailer production within the assigned territory
