• Identify opportunities to improve business processes to optimize service quality delivered to retailers.

Achieve planned results for sales measured by: customer growth, SMRR growth, same store sales and sequential rental revenue growth as set by the company quarterly through flawless execution of the Company Sales Lead Tool and Pre-Visit Guide2. Provide leadership, monitoring, and training required to ensure stores comply with established procedures and practices for collections3. Achieve planned gross profit for territory as measured by total revenue minus product cost, rental losses and service expense.4. Develop and maintain a retailer network that consistently generates profitable lease-purchase production that meets or exceeds defined standards.5.
