Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail partner location, driving revenue and managing day-to-day operations. You will supervise staff, train teams, and optimize leasing sales processes to meet store goals.

The role requires a proven retail management background, strong leadership, and excellent communication to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with rental/lease industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel store coworkers including accountability measures.
• Identify coworkers for promotion to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions.
• Establish partnerships to generate referrals and educate them on leasing processes.
• Train, supervise, and assess coworkers’ dedication to customer service.
• Enhance coworkers’ sales and account management skills through coaching.
• Address and resolve coworker and customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Recruit and hire coworkers for the store.
• Supervise sales activities and ensure revenue growth.
