Qualifications

• Relocation: ability to relocate for growth and opportunities.
• Led high-performing teams in retail, service, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 5 Saturdays per year during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and retain a frontline customer facing team.
• Drive team performance with effective communication and coaching on service and sales strategies.
• Oversee asset maintenance, vendor management and safety compliance.
• Reduce delinquency and improve tenant retention through coaching.
