Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program in Southeastern Pennsylvania & Delaware. The 44-week training prepares you to oversee multiple stores, lead store managers, and drive sales growth while fostering a positive work environment.

The role includes daily travel with a company car, a starting salary of $95,000, and a $5,000 signing bonus, with potential increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in subsequent years.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the assigned store manager team to develop sales, engage teams, satisfy customers, and achieve high performance.
• Supports store management in fostering a positive working environment and teamwork among reports.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruits, selects, promotes and assigns personnel to ensure staffing across the district.
• Trains and develops direct reports to reach maximum potential with training materials.
