PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead a group of Express stores in designated markets. You will drive profitable sales through talent, operations and experience, while attracting, developing and retaining store leadership.

You will coach teams, manage performance, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction. A strong track record in high-volume retail, talent development, and cross-store collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of retail management experience.
• 3-5 years multi-unit leadership in a specialty retailer preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain talent to support district and stores.
• Lead talent acquisition, immersion, education, and retention of store management.
• Drive profitable sales through effective business analysis.
