Seasons Kosher Supermarket seeks a District Manager – Express Locations to oversee operations of multiple Express stores in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead store teams, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service across all locations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on travel to support stores, with emphasis on sales growth, cost control, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple locations to meet goals.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Solid inventory control, merchandising, and labor management.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication across all organization levels.
• Knowledge of retail, food safety, and workplace regulations.
• Willingness to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Express locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Develop strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across all assigned stores.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets.
• Ensure proper inventory control, minimizing shrinkage while optimizing product availability and selection.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within assigned stores.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product assortment and availability.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Travel frequently between store locations to provide hands-on leadership and support.
