Job summary

Sal’s Pizza is seeking a District Manager to oversee our New Hampshire restaurant locations and drive operational excellence across multi-unit operations. The role emphasizes coachable leadership, financial performance, and guest experience while traveling between sites.

You will lead General Managers, optimize labor and costs, and ensure brand standards and safety compliance. This field-based leadership role offers growth within an expanding restaurant organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in quick-service, fast-casual, or multi-location food service.
• Proven success leading General Managers and improving performance across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor optimization, food costs, and KPIs.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold leadership teams accountable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between NH locations and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across NH restaurants.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor efficiency, and food cost management.
• Partner with General Managers to set goals, manage expenses, and improve results.
• Analyze sales trends, labor, costs, guest feedback, and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
