A Plus Automotive is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Manager to oversee several SpeeDee/Grease Monkey quick lube and automotive repair centers in the Charlotte, NC area. You will lead frontline teams, ensure operations run smoothly, and drive profitability while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

• Review KPI results daily and adjust plans to hit targets and control labor.
• Prepare daily recap emails summarizing challenges and actions taken.
• Plan weekly agenda and communicate with regional management.
• Maintain high team morale and accountability while handling escalations.
