The ideal candidate will drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across districts as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store activities and operations to meet company goals.
• Meet revenue goals by achieving or exceeding monthly budget expectations.
• Conduct facility audits to ensure standards are met.
• Direct daily staff activities and schedule with coaching.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new staff members.
• Lead by example and foster a shared vision with teammates.
• Travel within the district to stores and training sessions.
