Responsibilities

• Accountable for district store activities and operations impacting customers, staff, and goal achievement.
• Meets revenue goals by achieving or exceeding monthly budgets.
• Conducts facility audits to ensure standards are met.
• Directs daily activities and scheduling of staff; provides feedback and coaching.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff members.
• Leads by example, communicating a shared vision and developing staff.
• Travels within the designated area to stores and meetings for training sessions.
