Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is seeking a District Manager to oversee Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate locations in the Atlanta market. You will lead 3-5 stores with teams of 8-15 and drive multi-store performance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, reliable communication, and a friendly, upbeat approach, with a compensation range of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 stores with teams of 8-15 people, up to 5 stores under your management with continued company growth
• An average of 45-55 hours per week is typical, with time split equally between stores
• Provide guidance and support to the store managers
• Read sales reports, submit payroll, manage scheduling
• Run our boutique with passion and drive, treating our store like it was your own
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same
• Provide training to new and existing staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example
• Evaluate and price inventory using our buying software
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
