Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for our Kid-to-Kid Lawrenceville location. You will lead floor activities, coach team members, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors.
• Use our computer system to buy in and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us.
• Help make posts on our social media pages.
• Opening and closing tasks (tills, reports).
• Inventory management – move back stock between storage and floor.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
