Summit Recommerce Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate locations in the Atlanta market. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with bonus potential based on multi-store performance. Leadership and management in retail are essential.

Organised, reliable, and excellent communication are required traits. We offer growth opportunities across nearly 30 locations, with a supportive admin team and a collaborative leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management in a retail setting is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple stores is preferred.
• Reliable, upbeat personality with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 stores with teams of 8–15 people, under company growth.
• Average 45–55 hours per week across stores.
• Provide guidance and support to store managers.
• Read sales reports, submit payroll, manage scheduling.
• Run our boutique with passion and drive, treating it as your own.
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor staff.
• Provide training to new and existing staff, lead by example.
• Evaluate and price inventory using buying software.
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product.
• Ring up customers and teach selling to us.
