Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) hires a full-time Store Manager for our Kid-to-Kid South York location. You will lead all aspects of store performance—from hiring and training to daily execution and results. You’ll set expectations, maintain standards, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

Retail experience and leadership are strongly preferred. You will develop a positive, customer-focused culture, manage payroll and scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining high merchandising

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ employees and drive store goals.
• Own all aspects of store performance including sales, payroll, and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and coach team members with real-time feedback.
• Analyze sales and buying reports to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Set the tone in the store – model urgency, energy, and professionalism every day.
• Maintain high merchandising, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Oversee buying operations and inventory pricing.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and service-focused culture.
• Execute daily operations as a hands-on leader.
