The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and proactive communication within a growing network of nearly 30 locations. The position requires leadership in a retail environment, with salary starting at $65,000–$75,000 per year and potential annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in a retail setting is required.
• Organized, reliable, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–5 stores with 8–15 staff each, potentially up to 5 stores.
• Average 45–50 hours per week split across stores.
• Provide guidance to store managers and read sales reports; payroll & scheduling.
• Lead store operations with passion; deliver top customer service.
