Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead, coach and optimize performance across multiple Garage and Dynamite banners in the U.S. retail market.

You will drive sales, ensure brand standards, and guide Store Managers while collaborating with the Sales Director on store performance and people management. You will influence budgeting, recruitment, and training to elevate customer experience and financial results.

Qualifications

• 7 years of retail experience with at least 3 years in multi-store management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong goal orientation and drive to meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and act proactively.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple stores to achieve financial goals and maximize performance.
• Ensure stores adhere to Brand standards and visual presentation.
• Drive sales, customer service and top-line performance.
• Support Store Managers and collaborate with the Sales Director on issues.
