Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a District Manager to connect the stores under your oversight. You are resourceful and entrepreneurial, with drive and a strong grasp of retail sales, market trends, and profit performance.

With support from the Sales Director, you coach and develop management teams, ensure brand standards, drive sales and customer service, and guide hiring decisions while resolving store issues. You inspire and unite the team toward success.

Qualifications

• 7 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years management experience in a multi-store environment.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Highly goal-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up
• Ability to resolve complex problems
• Proactive and innovative
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service and ensure stores meet financial goals.
• Hire, coach, motivate, develop and evaluate store management teams.
• Ensure compliance with Brand and Visual standards and company policies.
• Provide guidance to Store Managers and resolve store issues with Sales Director support.
• Inspire and unite the team towards success.
