Groupe Dynamite Inc., headquartered in Montréal, seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple stores in the region from its leadership team. The role emphasizes driving sales, customer experience, and budget performance while inspiring and coaching store management teams.

You will ensure brand standards, hire and develop staff, and work with the Sales Director to resolve issues and optimize store operations. Strong retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years retail experience with at least 3 years in multi-store management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Highly goal-oriented and performance-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up.
• Ability to resolve complex problems.
• Proactive and innovative; computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive performance across multiple stores while ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual presentation.
• Develop and coach store management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Sales Director to guide Store Managers and resolve business, customer, or HR issues.
• Drive sales, customer service, and budget performance to meet financial goals.
• Implement hiring, training, and succession plans for the district.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all stores.
