Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores, driving sales, service and brand standards across the region. You will mentor Store Managers, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership to resolve issues and optimize performance.

You will lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, ensure compliant operations, recruit talent, and elevate the customer experience while achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• 7 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years management experience in a multi-store environment.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Highly goal-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up
• Ability to resolve complex problems
• Proactive and innovative
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify a team across multiple stores to achieve financial goals.
• Drive sales, customer service, and brand presentation standards.
• Partner with Sales Director to guide Store Managers and resolve issues.
• Hire and develop management teams; coach for performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and budget planning.
