Job summary

Groupe Dynamite invites an experienced District Manager to lead and optimize performance across multiple stores. You will drive sales, coach store leaders, and ensure brand standards while managing budgets and customer experience.

You will partner with the Sales Director to hire, train and develop management teams, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution across all locations.

Qualifications

• 7 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years management experience in a multi-store environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Highly goal-oriented and motivated to hit targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up.
• Ability to resolve complex problems.
• Proactive and innovative mindset.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multi-store district to achieve financial goals and exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales, customer service, and brand presentation standards across stores.
• Coordinate with Sales Director and Store Managers to resolve business, customer and HR issues.
• Recruit, coach and evaluate management teams for peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and visual standards.
