Job summary

You will coach and evaluate store management teams, drive sales and customer service, ensure brand and policy compliance, and partner with the Sales Director to resolve business and HR issues. Leadership that unites the team toward shared success.

Qualifications

• 7 years of retail experience with at least 3 years in multi-store management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Highly goal-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
