Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
• Demonstrated experience in medical sales, with strong leadership and mentoring background.
• Proactive leadership with 3+ years of team mentoring experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to build alignment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; data entry and order extraction experience.
• Numerical proficiency for business analytics and reporting.
• Resilience and adaptability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to foster understanding across diverse teams and personalities.
• Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs as needed.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle; able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Empower, mentor, and support the sales team to advance toward safety standards and performance milestones.
• Cultivate exceptional customer service and product knowledge with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Advocate for safety measures and ensure alignment with safety protocols.
• Enhance selling skills and product expertise through ongoing learning.
• Foster professional growth and provide guidance on company policies and customer service excellence.
• Partner with Branch Manager on hiring, training, and overall staff management.
• Support outside sales by preparing insightful data and forecasts for leadership.
• Optimize the budget, monitor fiscal health, and manage expenditures for sustainability.
• Coordinate paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability to maintain operational health.
• Facilitate personnel matters and ensure facility upkeep for a welcoming environment.
